Lake view, independent little house with its own lawned garden area and patio area. Peacefully situated in easy walking distance of the lake and the town center Varenna lake. No need for a car as it�s only 50 meter from the train station.

The little house (50 m�) offers accommodation for 2-3 persons. The stylish furnished living room with white wooden beams has a round dining table, TV, single sofabed and a well designed and fitted kitchenette. Three steps down are the bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. Opening the window from the bedroom shows you a nice view on Lago di Como.
